No, Panda Lady, not "one more for eighty-five cents." Put the ladle back in the chicken, I don't want it. Really. No. Put the spoon down. No soup, no sauces, just give me my rice and take my money. I had to have Panda Express for lunch today. It was my own fault: I was too lazy this morning to make my peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and I've grown a bit tired of them lately....
I think that Indian food is pretty expensive if you eat dinner, but lunch is always reasonable.

Baldy's BBQ Just when I think Baldy's can't get any better, I get hit with the Beef, Chicken, and Pork combo platter at lunch for $10. I'm really loving these three meat combo's lately. At Baldy's the combo is pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and beef brisket plus a gigantic salad (your choice of house or Caesar). After stuffing my face with fork full after fork full of deliciously smoked...Saturday, June 28th
It is official, I am the hot dog mom. I had yet to give Ash a microwaved hot dog for lunch, but today was the day. Portland Lunch 2.0, admittedly a continually evolving work-in-progress, has quickly taken a firm hold—and sparked some interesting conversations—in the Portland tech community. And like developing any product, even though the Portland Lunch 2.0 team (read Jake Kuramoto) hasn't launched the latest version of their product—that version will launch on Monday—the team is...

Wednesday I left at 10 am to go scanning at Alma Costan's house for Maddax Woods information, had lunch with my friend Kristi at FiveSpice, then went to Willamette United Methodist Church then to see Esther Gross Betts in Canby then to the Bagley family on Pete's Mountain, one of the first out there. That view of Mount Hood. Such a nice family. . . .So many fun photos and families I am getting to...

I had a moment in Staples tonight that I'd like to share with the whole bleepin' world. Yes, it is a bit embarrassing. No, I'm not an idiot. But sometimes I act like one. At lunch today, I ran down to the AT&T store to price-shop some Bluetooth headsets. When I walked into the store, I immediately recognized one of the salesmen as a dancer. We greeted each other coldly (not exactly...
