....then it is probably too complicated! Today, as I drove into town, there were about 20 cops handing out these handbooks about driving around the center circle in downtown. It is a huge help to me- but if you need two pages of text, plus two diagrams- the traffic pattern is probably too complicated! At the end of the booklet, it says, "If everyone is doing it right...." seems unlikely...
