I wish that I could use hibernation as an excuse for being so quiet, but in truth there were many serial events in work and life that kept me away. Some of that has let-up, so I decided to write again... but no promises about regularity....
I've found that while I liked Lime and Lemon in my cola, having previously only liked Cherry, and while I have tolerated Vanilla in my cola at times, I absolutely HATE Black Cherry and Vanilla cola. I've had the same refridgerator pak in my fridge for 3-4 weeks when a more favorite (like 7-up Plus Island Fruit) doesn't last but one. I often wonder what the bar is for releasing yucky tasting...
I was in my local grocer the other day, looking for yummy things that I really shouldn't be eating, when I spied an answer to my prayers... Sugar Free Sorbet with the Spledar seal on front. So naturally I assumed that this was made of Splenda. Afterall, it has the seal in front and doesn't mention any other sweetners. WRONG!!! The AFA has a bee under its bonnet over Proctor and Gamble because of their equal treatment of homosexuals. Why just P&G;? Is it because the "proctor" sounds a little like protocologist or something? Are you still claiming that their old logo is some sort of satanic symbol because of the moon and the stars? Didn't God create those? Hey, AFA, you want to talk about who...
I was reading some article the other day about a new picture phone that connects up to the regular phone line... $$$ and for what? Low Bandwidth pictures? Bad sound? What I would like to see is a $100 or less appliance that sits near the TV and uses both the phone and the wireless LAN (if available). If two people are talking and they want to do the videophone thing, then they just...
